My approach
I’m Katherine, a qualified sleep consultant and mum to two girls.
Combining my sleep knowledge, a psychology degree and my own experience, I help take the guesswork out of baby sleep for tired parents.
My approach centres on using calm, supportive methods to help babies and toddlers move towards more restful sleep. I work with parents to create a plan that feels right for your family, honours your goals, and is shaped around your little one’s temperament, age and individual needs.
My own kids were on opposite ends of the sleep spectrum, so I understand how unique each child’s needs are, and (like any parent) I know how stressful it can be when sleep just isn’t happening. Alongside tailored advice for your little one I’ll provide guidance that feels clear, reassuring and realistic for you.
